Callie Duksin is Co-Founder and Managing Director of BBD Group, and a seasoned international trade and investment professional with nearly 10 years of experience delivering impactful projects across diverse sectors and global regions. She brings a proven track record in managing complex economic development initiatives, driving strategic growth, and fostering meaningful cross-border partnerships.
Callie’s expertise lies in developing investment attraction and export promotion strategies, implementing FDI best practices, and generating qualified leads for Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) worldwide. Through a methodological and practical approach, she has led the development and execution of investment promotion strategies that have directly contributed to millions in new business, increased foreign direct investment, and supported numerous companies in expanding into international markets.
She has successfully coordinated and delivered projects with a range of U.S. states—including Business Oregon, New Mexico Economic Development Department, and Maine’s Department of Economic and Community Development—as well as globally recognized investment promotion agencies such as the UK’s Department for Business & Trade, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, Estonia Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Beltraide (Belize). Her broader client portfolio also includes multilateral institutions like the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), as well as private sector firms pursuing international expansion.
